Session Rates
All sessions are 50 minutes.
- Fully Licensed Providers$200 per 50-minute session
- Associate Providers$155 per 50-minute session
Sliding scale fees are available to those who qualify. Please reach out to discuss your options.
Insurance
I currently accept the above plans. Please note that I am not in network with every plan, even if it is listed. All insurance will be verified before your first session. Please email your insurance card, front and back, your name, date of birth, and contact information to office@diversifiedbehavioralhealth to have your insurance verified.
I highly encourage anyone using insurance to verify their benefits directly to confirm coverage and that we are in network. I will bill your insurance for your in-network benefits if requested; however, you will be responsible for all fees not covered by your insurance. A credit card on file is required for any remaining balance and no-show fees.
Payment Methods Accepted
I accept all major credit cards and payments through CareCredit. It is my policy that all clients have a credit card on file for session fees, late fees, and other optional fees.

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session rate.
